In case your pet died at your home you can call us anytime and we will come to see you right away to discuss all further details.
If your pet died at your veterinarian’s you can either call us yourself or ask your vet to get in touch with us. We will pick up your pet from the vet or the veterinary clinic und get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Of course you can also bring your deceased animal personally after consultation with us. We offer you a cremation in our partner crematorium. Or we will take care that your pet is buried on the animal cemetery in Frankfurt-Rödelheim, Bad Homburg or Mühltal. You can also choose a natural burial of your pet’s ashes on our forest cemetery in Langenselbold. In any case, we will make sure you have a dignified farewell from your pet.
Your pet is in good hands with us. We will stand by you understandingly in this difficult situation.
